Personal Use License
The music made available to you through this gate is shared under a personal-use license. The terms below explain what you can do with it — and what you can't.
By submitting your email and ticking the agreement box, you ("Listener") accept this license between you and Tay Iwar ("Artist"). The license covers the sound recordings ("Recordings") delivered through the gate. It does not cover the underlying musical compositions, which are reserved separately.
What you can do
- Listen privately, on any device you own, as often as you like.
- Listen with friends or family in personal, non-public settings.
- Make personal backup copies for your own use across your devices.
What you can't do
- Use the Recordings in any commercial context — including but not limited to advertising, brand content, monetized YouTube or TikTok videos, sponsored podcasts, sponsored streams, films, games, or any other for-profit production.
- Redistribute the Recordings — don't share files, upload them to streaming services or platforms, post them publicly online, host them on file-sharing networks, or pass them on in any form.
- Sample the Recordings, remix them, or use them as the basis for derivative works, whether commercial or non-commercial, without separate written permission.
- Sync the Recordings with visual media you publish — film, TV, advertising, or social video where the Recording is paired with imagery you're publishing.
- Perform the Recordings publicly — in venues, businesses, retail spaces, or any context that constitutes a public performance.
- Remove, alter, or obscure copyright information, attribution, or any embedded metadata.
- Claim authorship, present the Recordings as your own work, or imply any endorsement or partnership with the Artist.
Rights reserved
All rights not expressly granted above are reserved by the Artist. This includes, in particular, all rights in the underlying musical compositions — which are separately administered. Nothing in this license grants any right to the compositions, only to the Recordings, and only for personal use as defined above.
Term and termination
This license remains in effect for as long as you comply with these terms. Material breach immediately terminates the license. Upon termination, you are required to delete all copies of the Recordings in your possession.
Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that the Recordings are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use beyond what this license permits may give rise to claims for copyright infringement, breach of contract, and damages.
How acceptance is recorded
Your acceptance is recorded by the combination of your email address, the date and time of submission, and your active acknowledgment of these terms via the checkbox in the access form. This record, together with the version of this license in force at the time of submission, constitutes the agreement between you and the Artist.

Changes to this license
The Artist may revise this license over time. Each version is dated. Your access remains governed by the version you accepted when you first unlocked the music.
